It’s a communion weekend, and conveniently, our text from the Gospel of Mark is the account of the last Passover meal Jesus shares with His disciples. It’s a ceremonial meal laced with meaning and history - the whole meal designed to help them remember God coming to Egypt and leading His people out. But Jesus shocks His friends by tossing out their old religious arrangement in exchange for something new. Join us this Sunday for worship, teaching, and communion. It could be that your experience of the Lord’s Table will be fresh and new too!
