Whether you are exploring serving options for the first time or thinking about serving in a ministry that is new to you, we have a spot uniquely designed for you to live out your faith. We would love to talk with you and help you get connected with the right ministry for you! Please contact the ministry department of your interest directly and begin to share your unique skills and passions with others.  
  1. Xtreme Kids - Did you know that each week Xtreme Kids ministers to over 200 children, Nursery to Grade 6? Come & join our team as we serve God's kids. Mid-week and weekend opportunities are available. Contact the Xtreme Kids Staff at mknol@staalliance.org.
  2. Frontline Ministry - Welcome! One of the first people to notice your arrival on Sunday morning serves on the Frontline Ministry Team. If you are interested in being part of our Frontline Ministry Team, contact Leslie at lwebb@staalliance.org for info.
    • Ushers/Greeters needed for the 9 & 11 am services - Join a group of people with servant's hearts who love to meet new people and welcome everyone that comes to St. Albert Alliance Church. Hand out bulletins, assist those searching for seats, pass the offering bags and offer any other assistance as needed. Availability - 30 minutes before and for a short time period after each service, one weekend per month.
    • Comunion Stewards - Prepare and serve communion on a bi-monthly service at either the 9 or 11 am service.
    • Fresh Ground - Offer a friendly smile and a warm greeting, while preparing/serving coffee & muffins. Serve once per month at the 9 or 11 am service. Availability - 45 minutes before and after the service is required.
  3. Count Team - Are you available on Monday mornings to help with our Count Team? Contact Gladys at glewis@staalliance.org.
  4. MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) - If you love kids and are free to help on Wednesday mornings for MOPS we would love to have your help. Contact Taya at 780-418-5818 or Jay-Anne at 780-651-3358.
  5. Young Adults & Merge Jr. & Sr. High - Volunteers are needed for Young Adults and Merge Jr. & Sr. High. Please contact Pastor Matt at mkinniburgh@staalliance.org.
  6. Alpha, Alpha II & Alpha III - Volunteer opportunities for Small Group facilitators, meal preparation and serving. Contact Pastor Bruce at bcharles@staalliance.org.
  7. Worship Arts Teams - We really believe that Worship Arts Teams are about community-building and finding one's place in our church family through serving.
    • We welcome anyone and everyone interested in getting involved - whether it be as a musician, a singer, a technical volunteer (sound, lights, stage management, projection control) - or really any creative skill that you want to chip in. Skill and experience will grow, but are always secondary to a willing heart and eager spirit.
