Ministry Support Pastor/Director
St. Albert Alliance Church (StAAC) is seeking a collaborative leader who is a systems thinker, administratively gifted and service-oriented to give leadership to our Ministry Support Team and Hospitality Ministries. The Ministry Support Pastor/Director will play a crucial role in helping StAAC fulfil its mission to be Good News to our neighbours and beyond by practicing the way of Jesus. Working closely with the Lead and Associate Lead Pastor, this role will oversee the church's administrative, financial, facility, and information technology services and systems as well as giving leadership to StAAC's hospitality ministries (Fresh Ground and Frontline). StAAC is located in the city of St. Albert in the Greater Edmonton Area (also called the capital region). St. Albert is consistently ranked as one of Alberta's best places and most liveable cities, with all the amenities of a larger city and the feel of a smaller community. - Have a vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus, marked by listening to Jesus through the Spirit and spiritual maturity.
- Have a degree in business, theology, or related field.
- You must have a proven track record and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business, financial, facility, or church management.
- Be detail-orientated and able to multi-task.
- Be proficient with Microsoft365 and capable of learning new software and technologies quickly.
- Be licensed or able to be licensed with The Alliance Canada (if the selected individual has a portable license, then the position title will be Ministry Support Pastor; if non-portable, then the position title will be Ministry Support Director).
- Be a Canadian Citizen or legally entitled to work in Canada.
